Getting behind the counter to learn the basics of espresso – what coffee is, how roast & grind effect flavor & how to pull a balanced espresso shot. Then use a steam wand to create smooth, silky foam for cafe style drink. By the end you will know how to pull an espresso shot and steam milk for cafe drinks and try your hand at latte art!
